What counts as an AI generation?: Each AI-assisted run that generates or transforms task content (including distillation) counts toward your monthly plan limit. Dry-run during onboarding does not bill against production limits when dry-run mode is enabled.
Can I pay yearly?: Yes. Pro is $190/year and Agency is $690/year — billed annually at checkout. Monthly billing remains available for both paid plans.
Can I change plans?: Yes. Upgrade or downgrade through billing settings; plan limits apply from the next billing period unless noted at checkout.
Does sync write to client tools automatically?: No. Status sync uses preview-then-apply. Operators confirm before writeback to the connected provider (Linear today); conflicts block silent overwrite.
Which project management tools does Syncora support?: Linear is available today. Asana is next on the roadmap. Jira and additional providers are planned later. Clients keep their existing tools; Syncora is the agency control plane.
