Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Synapse, a software-as-a-service platform operated by CraftXLogic, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, completing checkout, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Synapse on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
Synapse provides agency project execution tooling, including workspace management, Linear integrations, automation (distillation, summaries, sync), and related APIs.
We may modify features, impose usage limits by plan, or use feature flags to disable functionality for maintenance or safety. Material plan limits are described at signup and checkout.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Organization owners and admins control membership, billing, and integrations for their tenant.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep contact details current.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected at checkout unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in an order form.
We may suspend access for overdue payment after reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
Use of Synapse must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse provider APIs, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Customer data
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display customer data solely to provide and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, access ends and data may be deleted per our retention practices.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months before the claim, except where limitation is prohibited by law.
