This Privacy Policy describes how CraftXLogic, LLC ("we") processes personal information when you use Synapse, including the marketing site, onboarding flow, and authenticated application.

Account data: name, username, email address, organization membership, and authentication logs.

Billing data: subscription plan, payment status, and Stripe customer identifiers (payment card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us).

Usage data: automation runs, audit events, feature-flag checks, and API request metadata such as IP address and request identifiers.

Integration data: Linear OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest), workspace configuration, and task content you choose to sync or distill.

We use personal information to provide and secure the service, enforce plan limits, operate billing, deliver support, and improve product reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We use subprocessors (for example Stripe, email providers, and cloud infrastructure) under contractual safeguards.

We share data with service providers who assist in hosting, payments, email delivery, and observability. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We retain account and billing records while your organization is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and audit purposes. Audit logs are append-only.

We apply encryption for sensitive integration tokens, role-based access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
